What equipment do I need?

You need old workout clothes and shoes with good grip that can get muddy and dirty. Bring a change of clothes and towel. We recommend avoiding cotton clothing.

Do I need to be in top shape to participate?

No, Pannben suits most fitness levels. Our different races are adapted for different levels - from child-friendly Kids to the more challenging main race.

Can there be more than 2 people?

Yes! Choose Pannben Relay where you compete in teams of 4-10 people. You share the course and obstacles and finish together.

Are there age restrictions?

Pannben Kids is for ages 9-15 years. For the main race and relay, minimum age 16 is required. All participants under 18 must have written guardian consent.

How long does the race take?

Relay and The Race take 3-6 hours depending on pace and experience. Pannben Kids takes significantly less time.

What's included in the entry fee?

The entry fee includes participant package with Pannben T-shirt, timing, banquet (does not apply to Kids), showers and changing rooms, and a finisher medal.
